Another puzzle piece leading me to think that our civilizations were far more widespread than we've been led to believe. I still remember a time when historians categorically refused to entertain the idea that Europeans came anywhere near North America before Columbus. Now they begrudgingly concede that the Vikings made it to Canada, at least.
