I've been a particularly tough nut to crack when it comes to the trance state because of indoctrination from my upbringing.</div></blockquote>That's cool I never heard of hemisync before, going to try it out. Meditation seems like it's very important for this kind of spiritual practice, or any really.  For me it sort of varies, based on my own energy levels. <br><br>Which flows into another issue of being tired vs awake, falling asleep in the middle, or having too much energy to relax.<br><br>And there's also accidental meditation.  "Highway hypnosis," or watching something boring on TV then falling into a light trance.  Sometimes I think tuning out from streaming videos is better than anything meditative I can find. <br><br>Sometimes I do feel a little guilty if I don't purposely make time to just "quietly relax."  But I feel like She checks in on me regardless.
